Our daily group fitness class is traditional CrossFit. The workouts, focusing on strength, conditioning, and mobility, combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results.
From the basic (but all-important) air squat all the way to the very technical muscle up and Olympic lifts, we utilize them all and make it workable for anyone at any level of fitness. Backed by expert Coaches and a supportive community, you’ll see changes in yourself – mentally, physically, and emotionally – before you know it.

Have a workout planned for you every day so you don’t have to think about what you are going to do at the gym which means you’re more likely to show up.
You’ll have a Coach leading you for every workout so you can learn new exercises without hurting yourself or feel like you’re doing it wrong.
You’ll do a completely different workout every day that uses weights, cardio, and bodyweight movements so you never get bored and you’ll love working out again.
These workouts will be tougher than anything you’ve done before which means you will lose fat, gain muscle, and feel more energized as fast as possible.
You have a group to workout with so you will be more motivated to push harder than you would on your own which means you will see results quick.
Our Coaches will keep you accountable for showing up consistently and eating well.
