Step 1 (5:00) – We do a body composition scan so we have a baseline and our total lean body mass.
Step 2 (5:00) – We determine how much total grams of Protein, Carbs, and Fat to eat per day then break it down per meal. This number is based on your total lean body mass and how often you workout.
Step 3 (30:00) – We start building out meals together. We build out a nice balanced breakfast, then lunches, then dinners, and finish off with your snacks.
Step 4 (5:00) – We build out your shopping list which includes buying enough of each food to make sure you still have enough after it’s cooked since it shrinks when you cook it.
Step 5 (10:00) – We go over all the different hurdles and how to overcome them. Here are a few of the most common struggles we hear from people…..
