Wreck Room In House Throwdown

Paint Night

For the 4th year in a row we will get together and test our art skills. Not sure what we are painting yet but you can bet it will look awesome when you’re done. Feel free to bring a friend to join in.
A Wreck Room Christmas Party
Date/Time – Saturday, December 15th 9:30am

Every year we hit the “12 Days of Christmas WOD” and follow it up with a potluck party.
Bring a gift (under $10) for a white elephant exchange.
Caps Game
Date/Time – Saturday, January 12th 12:30pm
Location – Verizon Center in DC
We will meet up at the gym and carpool together down to the New Carrolton Metro Station and head on into DC to check out our Stanley Cup Champs!
Battle of Baltimore
Date/Time – Saturday, February 2nd 8:00am – 5:00pm

Bowling Night

Last time we did a bowling night the turnout was great and we had an absolute blast. This definitely ranks as one of our most fun events yet.
CrossFit Intramural Open
Date/Time – Fridays, March 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Location – Wreck Room CrossFit
You know the deal. Same as the last two years. We eagerly await to find out what the Open workout will be every Thursday then get together on Friday night and rock out. Everyone will be on a team. Plan to hang out afterwards for food and drinks each week.
Burpees and Brunch
Date/Time – Saturday, April 13th 8:30am – 12:30pm

If you remember last year Patti and Magan built an exceptional Bloody Mary bar with every ingredient you can imagine. With all the different breakfast foods, it made for a delicious day. We will have an 8:30 and 9:30am followed by brunch. Bring a friend to come work out and play.
Savage Race
Date/Time – Saturday, May 4th 6:30am – 2:30pm
Location – Eastern Shore Maryland
For the second year in a row, athletes from Wreck Room will take on the Savage Race. We will have a bus pick everyone up at the gym and shuttle us over to the eastern shore to run a lot of play on some obstacles. It’s a long day but a fun one.
5-Year Anniversary Party
Date/Time – Saturday, May 18th 8:30am – 2:30pm

One of our biggest events of the year. You know we will kick off the morning with a tough workout before kicking back and celebrating a fantastic 5 years with crabs, shrimp, and an inflatable jousting arena. DO NOT MISS THIS ONE!
Memorial Day Murph

Escape Room
Date/Time – Saturday, June 15th Time is TBD
Location – Annapolis, MD
Let’s team up and test our Houdini skills. We can a road trip to Annapolis where we can grab some dinner than head to the Escape Room. More info to come.

Lazy River Tubing
Date/Time – Saturday, July 20th 8am – 3pm
Location – Harpers Ferry
Hot and wet. Plan to carpool there and spend a lot of time in the sun and water.
