My name is Sarah and I just home from one of those CrossFit workouts I’ve been doing here in Glen Burnie. I am tired, but I am very satisfied.

I’ve been doing it for about a month now. I joined because I wanted to get strong again. And in the past month, I have lost about 13 pounds. I’ve gained a bunch of muscle. Muscle in places I didn’t even know I was supposed to have muscles. And everybody just keeps telling me how awesome I look.

But, more importantly, I feel great. Plus, the people there are amazing, which is the main reason that I decided to stay. Because they really hold you accountable and you all just become friends. I mean, I’ve already started hanging out with two people outside of the workouts

All the coaches are awesome. It is so fun. I mean, you’re always gonna dread your workout every once in a while, but once I get there, every single time without fail, I start working out and I feel 100% better. I know what you’re thinking. You’re probably like, “yeah, okay, cool, cool”.

I was one of those people. I thought the exact same thing. I’m swearing to you that if you come to CrossFit here in Glen Burnie you’re gonna have a good time. It’s fun! It is fun!
