That is why, here at Glen Burnie Fitness & Nutrition, we provide a well rounded CrossFit Kids program which is created for your child whether they’re active in outdoors sports or if their primary fitness focus will be doing CrossFit with us. Your child will learn healthy lifestyle practices which all kids can take advantage of!

Our youth classes focus on building basic functional movements, improving coordination, mobility, and encouraging hard work in a safe and effective environment.

Our kids program is on Saturdays at 8:30am so you can start your weekend off strong and fit it in your busy schedule.
