Our Foundations Program will help you succeed

Our Foundations program is a system proven to give anyone the tools they will need to transition comfortably and succeed in our group classes. The Wreck Room Foundations program has been in effect for over 2 years and is one of the best out there in terms of instruction and hours of experience.

This is without a doubt the best way to get an athlete the proper “Foundation” for CrossFit. Here at Wreck Room we have a huge emphasis on safety for our athletes and prospective members. We require seasoned athletes and soccer moms alike to run through the program. CrossFit is all about scalability and this holds true even in Foundations.

Everyone comes in at different levels of fitness and nutrition so choosing the right route for you is important and something we can talk about during your No Sweat Intro.  All packages include personal training, unlimited group classes, body composition scan, a fitness mentor, and a basic level of nutrition education.
